Where we collect your personal information from
We may collect the following personal information about you:
Product data. The MyEnergyMate monitor collects detailed data on power consumption through the electrical panel in which it is installed. It collects detailed watt and voltage information and uses this data to hypothesize about specific devices in use. Part of this data is sent to our server ( AWS Cloud, located in the United States (US East (Ohio)us-east-2).) and stored there.
Service data. The MyEnergyMate application collects various information during setup and use, namely: username/email, language, location data to set your time zone and improve product operation; Application usage information to monitor customer experience; as well as crash and error information to improve the application experience.
Purchase information. When your purchase is made on the MyEnergyMate website, we collect information about the purchase and delivery of MyEnergyMate. This includes your email address, billing and delivery address and (optionally) your telephone number. Credit card information is not recorded by MyEnergyMate and processed by third parties. General website data. We collect information about you in various ways when you use the site. We collect personal data that you provide to us. For example, we collect your name, email address and other information that you provide via the website when you make inquiries or request further information about our products and services.
